Temporary
Temporary positions offer flexibility with your schedule and
allow you to experience a variety or work environments. These opportunities
can range in length from one day to several months.
Temp-to-Hire
Temp-to-hire opportunities permit you to experience the culture and dynamics of
a company
and its personnel on a day-to-day basis. In this situation, we place a candidate
at a client site for a specified amount of time as an employee of Solutions for
Staffing. If it is agreeable to all parties, the employee
converts to the client payroll at the end of this time as a company
employee and official hire. In effect, both the employee and the
company explore each other's merits during a trial period before an
official commitment is made.
Direct Hire
Direct-hire opportunities occur when a company
requires an immediate fill for a position. The company hires the
employee presented by Solutions for Staffing directly onto their
payroll.
